Amazing Location! In the heart of Ptown just steps from Commercial St yet situated on a quiet street. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo with a private entrance features a large well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room, separate dedicated office space including work desk, A/C & private patio. Centrally located - just a 10 minute walk from the ferry as well as easy access to the beach.

The condo features an exclusive use private patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The open-concept living and dining area includes a table perfect for meals as well as spacious living room - a great place to gather with friends to relax or watch the 55" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is huge with lots of natural light from skylights and a bank of windows. The first floor den features a sofa as well as a desk with a monitor making remote work easy! There are two comfortable bedrooms: the first is located downstairs with a queen-sized bed. The second is located upstairs and also has a queen-sized bed. The upstairs bedroom also has an en-suite half-bath.

No need to drive! Guests can conveniently walk to all of the action on Commercial Street in just minutes. Just outside your doorstep you'll find shopping, dining, and entertainment. In addition, you'll find public beach access nearby. Wireless high-speed internet and expanded cable TV provided. Reserved parking for one car, New Split A/C units and washer/dryer are included as well as linens and towels.

This is the perfect spot for singles, couples, families, and friends to relax and unwind!

For summer rentals (July & August) typically 7 night min (Sat-Sat). Shorter stays available in the off-season - please send us a note - we are flexible and we'll try to accommodate.
Due to condo rules, there is a limit of 4 guests and pets are not allowed.
For guests with infants/children: Although children and infants are welcome to stay at the unit, the unit is not specifically set up to be child-proof. There is also no bath tub. Please exercise normal caution. Access to unit requires walking up one step in the front. The upstairs bedroom and basement are accessible by spiral staircase.
Check-in and Check-out times can be flexible in low season - please ask!

Fabulous place to stay in Ptown

A small group of us travel down to Ptown every year for a little get away. This is our first time staying at this house and we will definitely be back. The location is great if you don’t mind walking up the hill near the monument. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Our host was great and so were the neighbors.

Amazing Hospitality and Great Location

Matt and Josh are fantastic hosts with quick response times and friendly communications. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming with great living space. Wonderful hosts & great place

Matt and Josh were incredible hosts! They were wonderfully communicative and would message us to check in if we needed anything. The place was clean and lovely—and just a short walk from all the action. I especially appreciated the binder they provided that included all their favorite spots. We’ve been to P-town many times but hadn’t even heard of some of the hidden gems they had included. Wonderful hosts & great place!

P Town perfection

We had an wonderful time at this perfect little spot in P Town. Amazing location and close to everything you need on Bradford and Commercial—shops, restaurants, galleries, etc. Matt and Josh were very attentive and welcoming hosts and the place is clean, well-appointed, and cozy. The spiral stairs to the upstairs bedroom and basement are small and steep, so be aware if you have any mobility issues. Both bathrooms are on the smaller side, but everything is clean and in great condition. The place had everything we needed and I would absolutely stay there again!

Property is in a great location; easy and quick access to Commercial street but just far enough away from the noise and crowds. Kitchen has everything you might need and there is a private outdoor space. Spacious living room and cozy den provide comfortable places to gather. Friendly and helpful neighbors next door. Spiral staircase to 2nd bedroom is tight for luggage and requires careful stepping. Easy to communicate with the Hosts and replies were quick. Recommend staying here!

Perfect Place for a Provincetown Vacation

My husband and I -- along with our young-adult son and his girlfriend -- stayed at this beautiful condo and found it "perfect." The patio is spacious and private; the kitchen is fully stocked and a pleasure to cook in; the bedrooms are widely separated; there's a nice TV in the living room for watching movies. An unexpected plus: the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Matt and Josh were great. They left a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate the kids' recent architecture school graduation and responded to questions and concerns quickly and kindly. My son said to be sure to say how much they -- the "younger generation" -- loved the place. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Excellent stay at convenient location and spacious house

I stayed here with my partner and our friend, while also meeting up with two other friends staying in town. We therefore really appreciated the spacious common areas. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook in together, the dining table and living room were welcoming and comfortable for group meals and board games, and the grill outside was clean and easy to use. The bedrooms were comfortable and the AC definitely held up to the weather when it was needed. Parking for our one car was perfect (literally up against the entrance to the property), and we had no issues driving to and from the beach when we went. Walking to and from town couldn't be easier, and the location is just far enough away to not be affected by the noise of being right in town when you're ready to go to bed. Would wholeheartedly recommend, and couldn't ask for more helpful communication with the property manager along the way!

prime location, spacious living area

This property is located right by the Crowne Pointe Inn, centrally located, a 5 minute walk to Commercial Street and numerous bars and restaurants. It's an ideal location but also removed from the hubbub of Commercial St. This property has one of the largest kitchens I have ever seen in a ptown rental, and an equally large living room. The kitchen has modern appliances and is fully stocked. There is also a good size outside space with a table, chairs, and umbrella. The bedrooms are a reasonable size as well. Dressers and closets in each room. The layout is a bit unconventional, with one bedroom on the second floor accessed via a spiral staircase. There is a small half bathroom upstairs. The ground floor bedroom is accessed via the main bathroom. There's also a den between the living room and bathroom, which can be used as an office (there's a desk and monitor/hub) or as a dressing room. Although small, the bathrooms are beautifully tiled and functional. My only warning for future tenants is that the shower stall (there is no tub) is on the small size, so if you are very tall or very large, it might be cumbersome for you (I am 5'10/170lbs, and it was tight but fine for me). All in all, a lovely place, and Matt & Josh were super helpful and easy to reach.

Our condo has so much to offer! Great location - just steps from everything Ptown has to offer! You can be on Commercial St in the heart of the action or on your private patio it a quiet oasis. This condo is new to the rental market just this summer. We've made it a comfortable home and a place we know you will enjoy!

Great oversized kitchen with plenty of space to cook and gather! Oversized living room with ample places to stretch out and unwind. Private patio with table seating four as well as other chairs.
