Please place all dirty linens inside one of the front entry closets and make certain there isn’t any lint in the washer/dryer
Please throw away all unused food and trash prior to leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful Stay

Josh and Larissa were wonderful to work with, and we very much enjoyed the condo and our stay there. Bahia Vista Gulf is our favorite place to stay in Venice Beach.

Close to beach and Crows Nest for good food.there were a few snobby people in facility but i figured that how the rich people are, otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

Beautiful Place

The saltwater pool was the highlight and the beauty of the grounds. Overall the condo was clean but needs to address some of the details. We enjoyed our stay.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in our condo. We are a family of 2, I’m originally from Palm Beach and my husband is originally from Sarasota. We wanted a condo that ticked off all our boxes, the beach for me and the inter-coastal for my husband with the bonus of area attractions and found it in our Violet Rose Seaside Cottage at Bahia Vista Gulf. It is our pleasure to share our little Seaside Cottage with you and we know you will enjoy the area, the same way we have been.

Why they chose this property

The location of this condo complex is spectacular. The complex sits right on the beach, next to a canal, and very close to the south Jetty. So you can watch the sunrise over the canal in the morning, enjoy the beachside pool and beach during the day, then walk to the Jetty and take in a sunset with all of the people in the evening. If you rather, you can sit privately on the beach in the evening and watch the sunset, or sip your favorite drink on the common area beachside deck. It is a magical environment that anyone can enjoy.

What makes this property unique

The beachside pool and viewing deck are great features that we love about this place. The location is amazing as we walk to the Jetty, Crow's Nest Restaurant, and Marina every time that we stay at the condo. The Bahia Vista Gulf Club has a little resort feel to it.
