We really enjoyes our stay. Matt was very responsive and the unit was perfect. Lovely view of the lake and perfect unit for two people. It has all that you need for a relaxing stay. Would stay there again!
We very much enjoyed our stay, the bungalow was a perfect space for us. Our kids and grandkids visited with ease, and were able to enjoy the lake and the toys that were provided. We will be rebooking again next year.
Great host. Great property. Great communication. Great location! For our stay, there were no negatives. Beautiful inside and out, and very comfortable.
It was love at first sight when we pulled up to the private gated driveway, walked up to the front of the unit and saw the expansive lake views, then stepped inside which is beautifully appointed throughout (albeit minimalistic style).
The space for 2 people is very generous with a sitting area near the windows with close up views to the lake. Plus a very large (seats 6+) dining table, a nice work counter, seating area with large sectional + desk work space with a monitor and HDMI cable! Wow!
The kitchen is basic but we weren't cooking, so it was fine with a just microwave, hot plate & toaster oven. The dishwasher was greatly appreciated! We LOVED the Keurig (pods provided) and the welcome snacks were a great touch and delicious!
For anyone staying in the living room, privacy is a challenge with no blinds or curtains on the floor to ceiling glass doors.
The bedroom had luxurious linens and super comfortable bed and a view of the lake. The style of room had no dresser, closet or luggage racks which would have been convenient. There was a metal garment rack but with only a few hangers. We were there for a week, which is a long time to live out of a suitcase.
The week we were there the temps were 100+ and we found we had no thermostat which the owner confirmed. It was set colder than we liked during the day but evening/sleeping temp was great. So if you feel strongly about controlling your temp. you should be aware.
We went kayaking every day before heading to our work commitment and saw bald eagles and ducks and other wild life every time. The property is shared with the owner and while we had no issue with privacy, it is a shared property. Something we were not aware of until we received the arrival information.
We LOVED our stay and hope to come back as we have family in the area. Thank you Matt for a truly wonderful stay. It made our difficult week a joy because we were able to stay at your beautiful home.
A perfect spot for a family vacation with plenty of water sports activities for adults, kids and teens. (Would not recommend for babes or toddlers due to easy lake access ) . The one bedroom is located on ground level and is beautifully decorated. Efficiency kitchen has essentials for heat and eat meals. There is a full sized refrigeratior and a huge cable connected TV and WIFI. There is a nice beach and park nearby. We recommend this VRBO.

Quite and tucked away waterfront property yet close to everything
Matthew’s property was exactly what we were looking for. A peaceful setting that was near restaurants and things to do. It is very comfortable, clean, quite, and provided excellent views. You could spend your entire stay at thr property as everything you need is there, even board games for rainy days. Matthew was very responsive to our inquiries and accommodating. Booking this property will not disappoint!
