Great and comfortable vacation spot with a beautiful beach and a pool in walking distance. Variety of bars and restaurants nearby. The place was clean with many amenities. Would recommend for small families.

Puerto Rico trip

The location was good. The water pressure was terrible, also when taking a shower you could not regulate the hot and cold water. In other words the showers were bad.

The beach view (balcony) was beautiful. Very nice beach and the condo pool was a bonus. Condo was clean. The host communication was great. Security at the condo 24/7 and pleasant. Great location with restaurants, Walgreens and Charlie’s rental cars across street. The condo description said condo could sleep 6, but not real equipped for 6, except for the pull-out sleeper. However when sleeper converted back to a couch, sat only 4. No other seating except dining chairs. Not comfortable when watching morning or evening tv. Kitchen does not have enough dishes for 6. Wish the condo also offered blankets for all beds other than the lightweight quilt bedspreads. Would recommend Marbella condos and would recommend the condo we stayed in for a family of 4, but not 6.

Disappointed

Unit was not cleaned very well. The A/C was leaking and we kept the doors closed.did not use the washer because it was rusty. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool, we were told they were broken, therefore, no where to sit, the handicap entry to pool was locked all week, our friend was in a wheelchair. The mattress in the master bedroom was terrible, the sheets did not fit right. For the large price increase i paid it was not worth it. There was not enough bath towels. My brother was also staying in another building and he had 3 bedrooms and two baths, beautiful place and he paid less than what i did. I could continue, but i think you got the picture.

Although we were told that the water may be limited due to water restrictions, we were pleasantly surprised that we had full access to water. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and the table and chairs outside were great for sitting and listening to the waves. We liked that a small cooler was there for our use when we went to the beach. The washer and dryer were convenient and we used them throughout our stay, although the dryer produced a lot of lint. Overall, the condo was just as expected and a great location in Carolina.
