"Happy Hours" Family Lake Front Home w/ Private Dock
Relax with friends & family at this peaceful lake front home! Located in a family friendly neighborhood this home features 2 homes in one, each with their own entrance. Great for families & friends that want to stay together but have their own private space. The cove is quiet without big wakes, great for fishing & swimming. Enjoy waterfront views, a private dock, & a firepit next to the water.
The main top level & the bottom lower level each have their own private entrance, the exact same floor plan. Each floor has a kitchen, den, dining room, 2 bedrooms, & 2 baths, a Jack & Jill that share a shower/tub combo, each bedroom with their own toilet/sink. The lower level is the only level with a washer & dryer. The frig on the lower level has an ice maker. The lower kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
This is a family friendly neighborhood. We respect our neighbors & our home. We ask you to do the same. This home is not intended for parties & not to exceed the occupancy level of 11. If either apply we will ask you to leave immediately. We have great neighbors, that are really good friends of ours. Ms. Barbara lives a couple houses down & helps take care of our home.
When the homeowners occupy the home they do have indoor pets staying with them. They are not allowed on furnishings.
