Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please turn both icemakers off if used and set the thermostat to auto with cool to 78 and heat to 65.

Please place ALL trash in bags & in the green bin. Make sure the lid is closed to prevent animals from getting to the trash. All boxes must be broken down for pickup. Trash pick up is on Thursdays.

Please make sure all doors are locked, including the sliding glass doors and doors leading into the house from the garage.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please be gentle to our septic system. Only flush toilet paper; do not flush anything else down the toilet even if the item is considered "flushable"

Please ensure outdoor furniture is covered upon checkout.

Amazing Clean Lake Home

Our stay was wonderful, we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with Simone was great, everything was in order upon arrival, & having the dock was a wonderful source of joy for our family to swim, catch fish & visit! It’s such a pristine, lovely home!

Lovely lake week- look no further!

We loved our stay! The house is cozy, chic with incredible views and location. The house is thoughtfully stocked and easy to take care of as a result. Simone was responsive and booking was easy. This is a great location in one of our favorite lake spots! Hope to book here again!!

Great Stay

Every thing was perfect. The house was the best me and my family ever vacationed at. We all had a great time and everything about the house was as advertised, beautiful all the way thru. The Host, Simone was Great. She made sure we all had a perfect stay and had everything we need at the house. Even though I didn't have to get in touch with her with any problems, its always good knowing we could get in touch with here 24/7 if needed. Me and my family will definitely come back on our next Vacation.

Summer Kick off

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house on Chatuge. The home was stunning inside and out—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty to do for our group of 7 girls, 2 parents, and 2 sets of grandparents. Whether relaxing on the porch, enjoying the lake, or spending time together in the cozy living spaces, there was something for everyone. The property owners were wonderful—very attentive and checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Perfect StayOur stay at this home was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, communication with the host was excellent—clear, friendly, and helpful. The house was spotless and freshly cleaned, with a beautiful, natural scent of wood that made us feel cozy and welcome right away.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. The bedrooms were also thoughtfully prepared, with all the essentials in place for a comfortable stay.One of the best parts was the breathtaking view of the lake—it added such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to the whole trip. A little piece of Heaven

Our host, Simone, was fabulous. I felt she was at my beck and call. She answered my questions almost immediately. Check in was a breeze. Didn’t have to contact our host during our stay because everything went right. Property was beautiful and serene. Lake views change daily and are all equally gorgeous. Home’s interior is absolutely beautiful. Has two separate living areas upstairs and downstairs; both have full kitchens. Great for two families. Decor is designer quality. Many great restaurants within a few minutes drive from the house. Must hit the Crane Creek Winery. Had young folks with us but still enjoyed it. Great book at property with all the best eateries and must-do’s in the area. My only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer. Already booked again for June.Couldn’t be happier.

Ideal family lake house.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful lake house on Lake Chatuge! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the water and surrounding mountains. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay.One of the biggest highlights was the deck and private dock – perfect for morning coffee, fishing, swimming, or just soaking in the peaceful vibes.Inside, the home was cozy and modern with great amenities – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a game room that the kids (and adults!) loved. The outdoor grill and fire pit made for perfect evenings.The location was ideal – just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and hiking trails, yet it still felt private and tucked away.If you’re looking for a serene lakeside retreat with everything you need for a memorable getaway, this is the place. We’re already planning our next visit!

Family Lake Trip

We recently spent a long weekend at this stunning lake house to celebrate Mother's Day, and it was an unforgettable getaway! Our group of five adults and two young kids (ages 5 and 3) had an absolute blast.The house itself is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, offering a serene retreat with breathtaking lake and mountain views right in the backyard. Waking up to such a peaceful landscape every morning was truly special. The property is packed with amenities, including private docks for fishing, a convenient gas firepit for cozy evenings, and a fantastic game room that kept everyone entertained.Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home also provides easy access to grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants, making it convenient for any needs that arise during your stay. Although the rainy weather kept us from renting a boat, the kids had plenty of fun with the multi-use game room and the nearby park with beach access.One of the standout features of this home is its thoughtful setup for multi-family vacations—two separate living areas, each with a full kitchen upstairs and downstairs, making it perfect for groups who want both togetherness and privacy.
