Great stay

Great place. The owner was easy to work with and the check in process was easy. The house was very clean and set up well! Big back yard with a beautiful large pool my family loved it, definitely will be renting again! Thank you Madi & Brent!

Amazing!

Our family enjoyed everything about the house. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the host answered all of our questions quickly. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

The hot soda could be warmer was a bit on the cooler side. The hose was very nice clean overall excellent. The part i did NOT like was the air conditioner we tried getting it colder in there cause it was very warm the kids and us wike up drenched in sweat every night and during the day she i kept getting headaches. The owner controls the thermostat. We ciyjdnt

Guests do control the thermostat down to 72 degrees. The A/C unit pauses while doors are open. During your stay our data is showing the doors were continuously left open, leaving the 110 degree outside air to fill the house. This makes it difficult to bring the house back down to temperature. The spa heats to 100 degrees as stated in our listing. We also came to the house immediately to help you swap a propane tank. In the future, please contact us. We respond within minutes and can help you answer/resolve any concerns. Besides this review- we hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

Perfect Vacation Home

Loved our stay at this property. Everything was as described, perfect!!! Very efficient communication, very friendly, had privacy, enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Very easy access, clear directions, easy to work with, very accommodating, If I could I would rate this as a 5+ experience.

Great Patio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as shown and quite comfortable. The best part was the patio area. We spent many afternoons out there. Hosts were wonderful and responded very quickly to any of our inquiries.

A little Bit For Everyone

Our Family had THE best experience staying here. We had a rather large gathering. Plenty of room to spread out have conversation. Clean. The Host was great throughout our entire stay. 10 of 10 would stay again when visiting Havasu.

Excellent Vacation Rental!

We were so happy with our stay. Owners are wonderful and great communication! Super clean and cozy. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Great location from town. We rented Rzr’s for 2 days and found it super easy to get from the rental place to the house and out to the desert trails from the house. And the garage was an awesome bonus to be able to park them in overnight. You can’t go wrong booking this for your next vacation! Thank you Madi and Brent!

Great Property

Great hosts with a great centralized location in Havasu. The hosts were very responsive and had a welcoming property. There was enough comfortable space to fit 5 adults and 5 kids. The only real down side was the length of time it took for the spa to heat up. Keep in mind, this is winter months. We would definitely stay at this property again if we made another trip up there.

Great Inside and Outside property. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this home. From the minute you walk in it is very comfortable and felt like home. Very clean, the house sparkled. The outdoor patio and pool area was comfortable and relaxing. The pool and spa was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were very attentive and cared about our comfort. If an email was sent, their response was within 30 minutes. 110% satisfied with this property and the Hosts.We are from New England and if we are ever in this area again this home is our first choice! Thank You!

Great house for larger families

First, the communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Second, the house was fantastic. Lots of amenities above and beyond the normal like extra pool towels and a blender. Each room had extra fans if it got too hot although we didn't need them even in June. The ac worked just fine. The pool is huge and was the perfect temperature to cool off in during the heat of summer. We've been to other hot locations where the pool is the same temperature as the air and that is not refreshing. This one was the perfect temperature to cool off in after a long day on the lake.Third, convenient location. It is not lake front but we didn't spend many daylight hours at the house. It was about 7 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to be. Bonus - The "bunk room" had two sets of bunk beds with full mattresses. This was perfect for a larger family like ours. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful hosts, Madi and Brent. Very communicative and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were beautiful especially at night with all the pretty lights and under the stars. We will book again in the future. Loved our stay!
