Just 500' (across the street) from Salisbury Beach Access #7, this recently refinished Beach Home offers all the amenities and space you will need to make memories for a lifetime.

Located on a quiet, secluded stretch of beach just a short walk (.8 Miles) to Salisbury Beach Boardwalk and 1 mile to the Seabrook, NH state line (Brown’s, Markie’s, Tripoli’s…), a quick 4-minute walk to the Hideaway Pub (Entertainment), Beachside Café (Breakfast/Lunch), and the Express Food Mart (Featuring Oceanside Sandwich Shop).

This property is a single level (3 steps) with easy access to the Beach at Beach Access #7. The Main Bedroom features a King Sized (Sterns & Foster Medium/Firm) Mattress. The Bunk room features 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). There are also several futons (additional charge for futon bedding).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and pack your snacks for the beach. Lobster pots, crackers, and corn cob holders are included. With a full-sized dining table seating 6 you will have plenty of space to make and enjoy your meals and family time.

The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out after a long day in the sun. There is a 55” Smart TV including basic cable and HDMI adapters for your gaming system or firestick. There is also a game cabinet in the kitchen filled with family favorites (Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, Connect 4 and more..). A new Centralized AC system will keep you nice and cool on those hot summer nights or warm on chilly evenings.

Watch the sunsets over the marsh from your private 12' x 16' deck, including a gas grill and seating for the whole family. There is also a shared screened-in front porch, perfect for early morning coffee, an afternoon rest from the sun, or a quiet evening cocktail.

There is 1 off street parking space included and limited on street public parking.
Sheets and blankets are provided for all beds, as well as 6 sets of towels. Your stay includes the use of beach chairs, 6 beach towels, beach wagon, coolers, a beach game bag, and an outdoor cold water shower.

We have done our best to design the Summer Breeze to meet all of the needs of families. The location makes it perfect for a quiet getaway, close enough to Salisbury boardwalk for an evening at the arcades but away from the hustle and bustle on your own quiet stretch of beach. Great location!

This home was perfect for my family of four and so close to the beach! It had everything we needed, even all the necessities for the beach (toys, umbrella, chairs, wagon). We had a great time!

The perfect getaway

Last year we missed our family vacation due to the unexpected early arrival of our son. We knew this year we wanted to do something special, as this property hosted by Fred was exactly what we all needed. Everything was absolutely perfect and provided exactly what we needed for our family to have the best get away. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Immaculate Beach house!

We are so thankful for our time spent at Summer breeze! This property is truly the perfect beach house in the BEST location. It’s far enough from the center to avoid beach traffic but still close enough to walk from the beach if you’re up for a walk. The access to the beach is across the street. The beach area is not as crowded as other places, as it’s mostly family’s from the beautiful beach houses nearby. We loved everything this quaint little place had to offer. Boogie boards were provided along with sand toys, a beach wagon, umbrellas, awesome beach chairs, and coolers. You don’t need to bring anything! The owners thought of everything you could possibly need for a New England beach vacation. The whole home is like new on the inside. Fresh paint, new floors… even the baseboards were spotless! Thank you so much for the perfect week at Summer Breeze!

Located in the middle of the Salisbury public beach, in the middle of residential properties, there is very little on street public parking. This means no crowds, almost everyone on the beach walks there, they are either residents or fellow travelers. No beach towel to beach towel crowded beaches, find your spot and spread out!

What makes this property unique

Perfectly located, just a 15 minute walk (.8 miles) to the Salisbury Boardwalk, featuring Arcades, Beach Pizza, and a newly restored carousal. Intrested in dinner out, walk down to the local restaurants (Seaglass, Capri, Surf Side) and enjoy a quiet evening stroll home on the beach.

Going North it is only 1 mile to the Seabrook, NH town line. Brown's and Marky's Seafood, Tripoli's Pizza, the Dairy barn and more are only a 20 minute walk away. Lobsters and Steamers are just minutes away.

Fireworks, you can see both the Hampton & Salisbury Fireworks from this beach, located right between, you can grab a Beach Chair, a cooler of your favorite beverage and watch the fireworks only steps from your front door.

Just North of Beach Access #7 is an area for surfing, bring the boards!
