Rules:
1. Above all, treat our home like you would treat yours. This is our vacation home
2. No events or parties, including bachelor / bachelorette parties. This is a strict policy. Any violations will result in lease termination
3. No outside chefs, DJ’s, event personnel, etc. This is not an event space, but a property for your enjoyment
4. No smoking anywhere on property
5. Please allow the weekly maintenance services to operate if they come during your stay. They work quickly and are very polite. It is necessary in keeping the property in great shape.
6. No loud music – please treat our neighbors with respect

Note:
Pool Access is from mid May to mid September. It’s not heated, but has a solar cover that we use to keep it warm.
Guests staying for more than one week will be required to have the house cleaned at their expense once per week
The driveway is under repair, and is currently crushed stone. Do not walk on it barefoot.
By booking this property and electronically accepting this agreement, guest agrees to abide by the below conditions and hereby swear the information provided is true. Guest agrees to the terms of this agreement and has read and understands the policies

RELEASE
Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Property Owner for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near the Property. Guest agrees to use the property and amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.

LIABILITY WAIVER
By booking you acknowledge that you and all members of your group have read, understand, and agree to the liability waiver within this listing. Swimming is at Guest’s risk, and Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the Property Owner harmless. Guest agrees to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents and injuries to Guest and their party, and agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner for accidents or claims arising. All guests in the group acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Property Owner

POOL RULES
Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the pool unsupervised.
Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children alone in the vicinity of the pool.
No glass is allowed in or near the pool. No Shoes are allowed in the pool. No pets allowed in the pool due to the softness of the liner. If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for full replacement of the pool liner. The pool is cleaned and chemically treated weekly. Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery when wet.
