Our Condo is newly remodeled with a brand new kitchen, laundry, access to lake, dock slip available, community swimming pool and game room. Great location near the famous Bagnell Damn strip and two great area golf courses and resorts.

Perfect little spot

We had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All of the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the covered deck too. It was perfect for us!

We rented this condo as a place for overflow family to stay - we have a place nearby. The condo was clean and updated. Our only minor thing was this was a basement condo and it was very dark going down the stairs and walking to front door. We were pleased with our stay.

The unit is a lower level unit. Very nice and was very clean and ready upon arrival. We only used the unit for sleeping so we did not take full advantage of the unit amenities. We had no issues and would certainly stay there again.

Excellent Family Vacation

The condo is very nice with updated furnishings, appliances, and decor. The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The location is excellent for all things to do in the area (caves, ziplines, shopping, boating, dinning, etc). The complex is very quite and peaceful, not party city like some others we have stayed at. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at the Lake.

Easy to find, quiet, and Great view of the lake!!! The layout is beautiful with room for children to play, adults cook and visit on patio!! Walking to n from pool for older adults was rough related to the hills!! We would like to return!!!

Great visit to the Ozarks

I am a single father with my two sons, we really enjoyed the property. Beautiful large deck overlooking water, pool just down the hill overlooking the lake, and the condo was remodeled and nicely done. We fished, relaxed, went to pool, and went downtown Ozarks zipline for the kids. Tons of fun and seemless.

Last minute rental

Decided at the last minute to run down to the lake for a Anniversary getaway and had a hard time finding anything that wasn't way overpriced. We were pleased to find that this condo seemed to have had no one stay in it since it recent renovation so everything was shiny and new! The only drawback was that pool was farther away than we thought and we had to drive. If we would have rented on the weekend we wouldn't have had a place close to the pool to park.

We ourselves live on the Lake of the Ozarks on the 11 mile marker of the Niangua. We love lake life and want others to experience the incredible people who make this their home.

Why they chose this property

Our condo has all new furniture, flooring and stainless kitchen appliances. We renovated a 1980 condo into a 2022 fun getaway place. Stunning views of the lake. Located very close to many key lake events year round.

What makes this property unique

Great place for family vacation or just an opportunity to get out of the office and work from a beautiful location and have a staycation close to home. High speed internet lends opportunity for work or relaxing movie nights.
