Checkin was simple, had a request for property manager which they deflected multiple times which I thought could have been avoided. House was great, location great, quiet area, enjoyed the time there.

Property was great for 7 of us. Great location and easy access to the beach. Enjoyed 25-30 min easy ride to Charleston. Cooking supplies were lacking, Keurig and Grill were in tough shape. All together we enjoyed our stay. It is a nice property.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is in a safe, quiet area and was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for our teens and our pup. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the nights we stayed in to cook. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and we loved the easy walk to the beach. The hose out front was perfect for rinsing off the sand after our walks back from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The house as great and very clean and comfortable. It matched the online listing and there were no surprises. The AC worked great. We brought our dogs and they really enjoyed playing in the fenced back yard.

Great Family Beach House!

We loved this place and had a great time. Not far from the beach and renting a golf cart made everything simple and fun! Would book again in the future.

We loved this home- one block from the beach and layout was great. Plenty of room for 6 of us and loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend!

Annual family trip to the coast. The house has a warm and inviting feel. The loft space is perfect as a nook for a young kiddo. The three car garage area is perfect for storing beach gear and the fenced in back yard is ideal for any pet.

Great Place on Isle of Palms

My family had a wonderful time here! The house was a nice size and great for the dogs. Screened in porch is a wonderful spot to hang out. About a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and even less to the recreation center. We took advantage of the beach gear credit and glad we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and comfy furniture. Nicely decorated, TV's and wifi up to date, app options plentiful. Kitchen has all needs for basic cooking and great having a washer dryer. Master bed and pillows supportive and comfortable and master bath area and closets large. Safe neighborhood you can walk in for exercise and the rental has spacious front and fenced in rear yard. Plenty off street driveway parking and a garage. There is home being built caddy corner to this rental, there were varying levels of construction nail guns, saws and workers talking starting 8 am. There is a nice screened in porch that is hot in the summer so in early am and later pm is the only time the temp is comfortable and quiet enough to sit there but it is very relaxing outdoor space. The beach access is within walking distance for some or a quick drive and parking was pretty easy right near the access point. Beach is wide and soft sand. Local chair and umbrella rental company is very accommodating and sets up everything for you. Overall this is a very, very nice rental and I would do so again.

Beautiful home, great location

We enjoyed our vacation here. The home is conveniently located near a beach entrance and shops / restaurants. The home was very clean with comfortable beds. Our only complaints (very small), there is an opening at the top of the spiral staircase that toddler could fall through. Also, all the TV's use the same remote. Often, turning off a TV in a bedroom or the living room would cause other TVs to turn on or off. Overall, a great property. Would definitely rent again.

This place is GREAT!

We all LOVED this property! There was so much space for all of us! The property was very clean when we arrived, and it smelled so good! The inside living area is very room and comfortable. We could all relax in the same common area space very comfortably. The bedrooms were a very good size, and the mattresses were so soft and comfortable! Having starting supplies provided for us like soaps, laundry pods, trash bags, etc., was very helpful. We had a great time sitting around the dining table playing the games we brought or sitting on the outside screened in porch when the rain started. The size of the kitchen, the big refrigerator, and all the counter space is great, too! We had an amazing time at this property, and we'd all like to make this a yearly trip and stay in this place!
