Dog Friendly 4Bed/2.5Bath OceanView1min Walk to Beach

Welcome to "Beach Station," our 1970's newly remodeled beach home. 2nd row with ocean views from the front porch and upper deck.

Enjoy the ocean view, sound of crashing waves and beautiful sunrises/sunsets from the Roof Top Deck. The fenced in backyard has a large picnic table where you can eat, drink and enjoy the sun with family and friends. Underneath the home you can relax and eat/drink by the bar or play games like darts and cornhole.

Beach access is only a 1 minute walk away!

There are 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and Bedroom 4 has a queen and full bed. LINENS PROVIDED!
The kitchen provides basic cookware. It includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (ground and K cups), toaster.
Bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
There is a fenced in backyard for you pup!
Additionally, we provide beach towels, 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, 1 surf board, beach umbrella, charcoal BBQ grill (charcoal not included)
1 High chair and 1 Pack and play provided (please bring your own sheets for the Pack and Play).

Perfect Easter Getaway!

House was clean, close to the beach, had all amenities! Having our 2 dogs with us, fenced in yard was a plus. House was a nice size, we did not feel cramped as we were all in the house due to a rainy Saturday. Big kitchen to cook in with a large dining room table. We had a great vacation and look forward to coming back. Kate is an attentive host, she immediately replied to all emails.

Beautiful, clean cottage!

This beautiful fully renovated cottage was spotlessly clean, easy access with split stairs in front and back, fenced in yard, and excellent floor plan it’s living area and kitchen on one side, bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side. Loved the rooftop deck, got some great sunrise photos there. So nice to have beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and outdoor games under the house. Thank you, Kate, we had a wonderful stay! Will definitely come again.

Loved Our Stay

This house has everything - a lot of attention has been paid to making sure you have what you need for a great vacation. Most importantly, everything is spotless and in excellent condition. There are actually places to put things in the bathroom! There is not a huge amount of drawer storage, but there are closets. Beach access is very close and there is a walking path. Kate is extremely responsive. If you plan to gather around the living area to watch a movie, be aware that there is really only seating for 5 but some of the bedrooms have TVs. Plenty of space at the table for eating and games. There is a little bit of noise from the street and adjacent houses, but we used a white noise machine and it wasn't a problem for us. There is a seating area under the house if you want to get out of the sun, and the decks are terrific! I would definitely stay at this house again!

Wonderful vacation house!!!

Kate is super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to surf city. Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome flat. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Fall break

My husband, mother-in-law, three kids, and dog all had an amazing time at the beach house. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the house layout and decorations. Our favorites were the accessories- surfboard, boogie boards, darts, tiki toss, and playing uno! My kids are already asking to go back next year :)

Great vacation home!

This home had everything you need plus more. The pictures were accurate for the home, the home was clean, and the hostess was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. The location was great with very close access to the beach. The games and entertainment space below the house was perfect for our teenagers. We loved it and loved having our pets. Definitely recommend staying here.
