Gorgeous home in Vodnjan with WiFi

This beautiful holiday home is located in the small village of Alveta, not far from the town of Vodnjan. Fenced with a beautiful garden, this domicile is an ideal choice for a family who wants to relax on holiday while the children enjoy playing outdoors. You will find refreshment from the summer heat in the pool and the first beaches are about 5 km away. In the evening, enjoy the terrace with barbecue and sea views. Be sure to visit the fishing village of Faana, where you will find many restaurants and a boat for a trip to the Brijuni National Park. At the entrance to the village there is an interesting ethno park with a view of the stage construction of a typical Istrian round dry stone house called Kazun. Visit the tourist towns of Rovinj, Pore and Pula.

Das Haus ist toll – wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir waren als Familie mit Hund dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt.Der Innenbereich ist sehr großzügig und die Zimmer gut aufgeilt. Als Familie war es sehr praktisch, dass es zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC (und sogar noch ein drittes WC) gab. Auch die Waschmaschine war praktisch. Ein großer Esstisch und ein großes Sofa im Innenbereich boten uns auch genügend Platz. Für das Entertainment im Haus gibt es einen großen Flat-TV, auf dem man z. B. Netflix (mit eigenem Login, nicht inklusive) oder auch Waipu.TV (Übertragung vom Smartphone) nutzen kann. Deutsche TV-Sender gab es auch. Die Betten fanden wir jetzt teilweise nicht so bequem. Aber das ist ja immer auch ein persönliches Empfinden und es war ok. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Er ist vollständig umzäunt und nicht direkt einsehbar. Es gibt einen sonnengeschützten Bereich mit einem Esstisch und natürlich den großen Pool mit Außendusche. Der Pool ist gepflegt und wird zweimal in der Woche von einem Poolservice gereinigt. Rund um den Pool gibt es genügend Liegen und eine Pergola, die Schatten bietet. Auch der Grill ist praktisch. Toll ist, dass es hier direkt Anzündholz sowie direkt daneben ein Waschbecken gibt.Die Lage des Hauses am Rand von Vodnjan hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr ruhig und in wenigen Auto-Minuten findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vodnjan selbst hatte für uns jetzt nicht viel zu bieten und war nicht so schön. Aber das ist nicht schlimm, dann man erreicht mit dem Auto schnell Pula (ca. 15 - 20 Minuten, je nachdem wo und wie stark der Verkehr ist), Fažana (ca. 10 Minuten) und Rovinji (ca. 30 Minuten). Es gibt auch zwei Hundestrände, die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Was wirklich toll war: Das Haus ist mit sehr vielen Verbrauchsmaterialien bestückt, die man für den Start benötigt: Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Seife, Müllsäcke, Kaffeefilter ... es war wirklich alles da. Und auch ansonsten haben wir uns immer wieder gewundert, was wir alles gefunden haben: Aufblasbare Schwimm-Spielsachen, Tauchringe, Mehrfachsteckdosen, Fußball (inkl. zwei Toren), Mikrowelle, Toaster, Sandwich-Maker, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine...Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett und ist sehr bemüht, dass alles passt. Wir wollten gerne Nachts abreisen und sie hat mit uns dann die Übergabe dann bereits am Vortag gemacht.

Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich, haben leckeres Olivenöl von ihnen gekauft, sie versteht und spricht ein wenig deutsch!Pool wird zweimal in der Woche vom Poolservice gereinigt, alles top 🔝 Lage herrlich, man kann ohne Probleme viele schöne Städte anfahren und besichtigen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen 🙂
