This beautiful vacation terraced house is located in a well-maintained residential complex with a large communal pool.
It has a living area of 54 m² and extends over 2 floors. You enter the house on the first floor via a spacious terrace. Here you will find a cozy living room, kitchen, toilet and a bedroom, which has its own access to the rear terrace.
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom offers a balcony with great views of the sea and the surrounding area.
There is a private parking space available in the condominium.
The fantastic La Mata beach is very close by.
Torrevieja offers many activities such as water sports, visit the famous salt mines, walk along the coast and the marina, enjoy the excellent cuisine in the numerous national and international restaurants and go shopping in the shopping centers.
