This modern and stylish 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is the perfect quiet location which includes the fastest internet 1 GIG WIFI and smart tv in the bedroom and living room. Free designated parking for 1 car in the driveway. Tesla charger available during non peak hours (11pm-5am)

The space
This upstairs loft unit has a great space to relax inside or on the deck which opens up with french doors to enjoy the amazing ocean breeze and a peek-a-boo ocean view! This unit has a AC/Heater and a fully-stocked full-size kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living room has a beautiful leather couch that opens to a queen size bed. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are available for use.

*BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Guests must have an established profile with previous reviews and booking history. Minimum age to book is 25 years. Please no parties or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
