Luxurious beachfront property 1 hour from the city, and 10 min to Coronado. Your condo is furnished with washer, dryer, all the dishes you need to cook (if you want to), shampoo, conditioner, etc. this unit has a BIG balcony that feels like it's hanging over the ocean. Extremely beautiful view of sunrise, ocean, beach and sunset. You will fall in love for the view, the beauty and serenity of this 10th floor condo. A short walk down the beach & buy fresh caught fish at the local fish co-op!

Wonderful stay

We spent a week at the condo in November 2022. We did some exploring and wanted to check out the property as well as the area. The condo is just as described. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we wanted and great views. The property manager was responsive and great to work with. Staff at the condo and the restaurant/bar treated us like valued guests. Made us feel very welcome. I would certainly recommend the condo and am looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

Everything is as it should be. Great views and a fairly central location on the best stretch of walking beach in the area. The building is a very popular short term rental building. There will be parties and noise nearby on weekends. Friendly staff. Could use some updates to the light bulbs as nobody should be subjected to 5000k cct lighting in a residence. Like Having Your Own Private Beach

We had a great time staying at this property on our first trip to the Coronado area. The unit is on the 23rd floor so the views of the beach and surrounding area are wonderful. The unit was stocked with most of what we needed in the kitchen and had plenty of cabinet space in the bedrooms. The only thing to be aware of is the beach cabana's and bar next to the property and right below this units balcony which can be loud well into the early morning on Friday and Saturday nights. Aside from this minor inconvenience, it truly was like having your own private beach on most days where you could walk miles down the beach and only encounter a few people.

Outstanding View

The view was stellar, Condo was exactly as pictured, kitchen well stocked, Host was always helpful and quick to respond! However we were disappointed that we were not told about use of Bbq cost and rules. One of top reasons we chose this condo was for Pickleball court. We were not advised that we needed an app and password to reserve and how incredible windy making it unusable most times. The pool area was crazy windy all Feb and there were only about 20 lounge chairs for 24 floors???
