Unit 16B is a beautiful condo in the Coronado Golf building with floor to ceiling windows offering unbeatable views of the golf course, Pacific Ocean, beach and majestic mountains and is furnished with style and comfort in mind. The unit is well-equipped including high speed Wi-Fi and 2 smart TVs. Feel free to bring your own devices to connect to movies or streaming apps; please note that there is no regular cable TV. This condo features a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and big shower. The bedroom has a comfy king bed. The unit has two full bathrooms.
The second bathroom has a “seashell shower” with a very cool wall mounted, multi shower head. A spacious balcony joins the living room and master bedroom, each with separate balcony doors. The condo faces east so you will enjoy gorgeous sunrises (all windows have black-out curtains for those mornings you want to sleep in). Sunsets are equally amazing, especially from your rooftop Jacuzzi!
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a stainless steel refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer off the kitchen.

Coronado Golf is a 25 minute walk to the ocean and 3 km from the entrance of Coronado off the Pan American Highway. Coronado is a growing community on the shore of the ocean only one hour from Panama City. Here you will find facilities such as several malls, 4 major markets, bars, a variety of restaurants, a fitness center, beach club, tennis courts and a health and beauty spa. The community has get-togethers two to three times per week where you get to meet many of the expats that have moved here and others, like you, enjoying the Panama experience!

Getting around

A car is suggested to explore the local area and the rest of Panama. Inexpensive taxis can be found and for those who can get by in Spanish the public buses are a very inexpensive adventure.
