This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located on beautiful Playa Serena Beach is part of Playa Serena Resort gated beachfront community. This beautiful condo isn't a short drive to the beach or a short walk to the beach, this condo is ON the beach.
From the balcony of this 19th floor home you have a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean and a spectacular mountain view as well. Condo is new w/ all appliances, a/c, WiFi, pool, equipped exercise room, etc. We can accommodate up to 6 people.
COME ENJOY PANAMA!!! BUT BE WARNED, YOU MAY NEVER WANT TO LEAVE!!!
Coronado is just 3 km away with Hospital, Catholic Church, Synagogue, Banks and 4-24-hour Super Markets with Pharmacies. Nearby you can travel to El Valle mountain village with: Thermal Springs, Treetop aerial ride, peaceful mountain forest trails and Handicrafts and Farmers markets. You can drive or take tours of the Panama Canal, or visit nearby towns and enjoy natural tropical settings, Rain forests, Ecotourism. We can give you contact information for tour guides and more.
Additional details: Fully equipped condo: All bedding, towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels are provided. The condo is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware and knives, table-wear, comfortable furniture, beds and patio table and chairs. We have a porta-crib available in the condo.
We have stayed at some rentals that just were not what they advertised. You will have my email address (and there is very good high speed internet at the condo) and my cell phone number in the US. You can email or call me if you have any problems.
There is a final cleaning fee charged but that is already in the price you have been given. We don't have any 'hidden' costs, i.e., taxes, management fees, linen service, etc.
There is a parking space inside the parking garage after you pass by the guard at the roadside gate so if you have a rental vehicle (or your own vehicle) we do have 1 parking space that is included in your cost.
We really love Panama and we really love Playa Serena and the beach and surrounding area and we're sure that you will love it also.

We (Karen and Tom) are from Syracuse, NY. Karen is a nurse-practitioner and real estate investor and Tom is a portrait photographer (retired) and a real estate investor. We traveled to Panama and just fell in love with the people and the country. We just love it here and we now have many close Panamanian friends.
Why they chose this property
Cleaning and Green Policies: First some words about our cleaning policy. Our manager always makes certain that the condo is completely disinfected and cleaned before we or any of our guests arrive. The manager oversees the cleaning people and inspections are done each and every time a guest leaves to be absolutely sure that the next guest coming in will have living spaces that are totally clean and disinfected. Regarding our green policies, we use LED lighting throughout the home. All appliances and A/C units have inverters to assure the best use of electric and gas consumption. Wherever possible window tinting is used to keep out the heat and keep in the A/C when in use. Our eyes are always on doing everything we can to conserve and keep a clean environmentally friendly home for our guests.
We decided that we wanted to own a condo in a beautiful location someplace in the world that was on the ocean, warm year round, with fewer problems, i.e. hurricanes, where the people are friendly and just someplace that we would enjoy going to each time we traveled there. We found out about Playa Serena Resort before they had even begun construction on the project. So we traveled to Panama to see the location, talk to the developers and see a lot of Panama to be sure we'd like to invest and live there. Well we did it right. We enjoy Panama and the Gorgona/Coronado beach areas even more than we at first thought we would. In fact we now have now made Panama more of a perminant home for part of each year.

What makes this property unique
We are located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Panama. Recently we talked to a Panamanian on the beach who had just bought at Playa Serena and he said, 'this is the first 'beautiful' beach you come to from Panama City. In the morning we run or walk barefoot on the beach next to the ocean for around 3+ miles and then go for a swim in the ocean (or the pool). It really gives us a great start to the day. We enjoy relaxing on the beach or near the beautifully landscaped pool area.
We're a very short distance from some great restaurants, some of which are even walking distance away. It's fun showing people around the area when they come with us for a visit, taking them to places like The Panama Canal or El Valle for shopping and lunch. Maybe drive the short distance to Casta Verde or Westland Mall for some shopping. We have good contact information from a person who runs a tour business, "Barefoot Panama" and he lives right here at Playa Serena. We can give you his contact information and everyone we have sent to him have just raved about what a great time they've had.
