Spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is perfect for lounging by the pool and located near the city's major activities.
Master Suite has a king size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, access to the backyard, and dual sink in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has a bunkbed with trundle and oversize bean bag that is perfect for kids. The family room has a large sectional reclining sofa and smart TV. There is no cable, however the high speed internet and smart TV's will make it easy for you to set up your personal streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a reverse osmosis system for fresh water, and seating for 3 at the bar top. The private backyard is equipped with a pool, natural gas BBQ, and outdoor patio furniture. Please note that the exterior of the property is monitored and there is no pool fence.
