Nice Condo, Great Location!
This condo was huge! Nice views for being across the street from the beach. A lot of bars and restaurants near by. The condo was clean and they had most basic necessities which was nice- they had soap in the bathrooms, tp, tissues, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. About 3 days in, our air conditioning stopped working. The staff walked us through flipping the breaker and it came back on. Later we realized only the common area a/c was working and the bedrooms were sweltering. The next day we were told maintenance would come help but again we only had a/c in the common area when we got back. Maintenance did come the next morning and showed us there was a second breaker to switch in the back half of the condo. This is obviously a problem that happens frequently. The light on the ceiling fan in the bedroom would just turn off and on by itself. The bathroom light wouldn’t switch on one morning. It seems the building has electric issues to repair. The trash situation for the penthouse could be tweaked- it’s nice to be able to leave the trash right outside and have it taken care of, but our neighbors left there’s out for 2 days and it smelled horrible getting of of the elevator. Overall a good place but has a few issues.
