Two of the four bedrooms in this Paradise Escapes PCB beauty oceanfront suites that have access to the large balcony. The first bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite garden bath with a separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity along with direct balcony access. The second bedroom features a king bed and private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity also with direct balcony access. The 3rd bedroom has queen bed and a private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity. The fourth bedroom has two twin size beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

The beautiful kitchen has granite countertops, a refrigerator with ice maker, and in-condo washer and dryer for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Note: All Aqua guests must pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s) at http://www.aquaparking.net . The registration fee is $50.00 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). It is paid directly by the guest prior to your stay and is not included in your booking total.
