This new construction modern townhome is located on the Jordanelle side of Deer Valley and offers easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, only a 15 minute drive into historic downtown Park City! Perfect for families or friends reunion, a girl's weekend, a romantic getaway, a refreshing change of WFH scenery, and so much more, in the meantime enjoy the city life in Park City.

PERFECT Park City getaway!

Our family from multiple states met up in Park City at this gorgeous property for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely perfect. The home was immaculately clean and well-stocked. It's approximately a 10 minute drive to Main Street, which is great for the area. We had no issues at all, but did have a couple of very simple questions for our host - we got responses within minutes! We'll absolutely stay again!

Perfect Home for Family Ski Trip

We loved everything about our stay here. The home was beautiful. It was so clean, spacious and close to park city where we skied everyday. The drive was about 15 minutes away. It was perfect for our family of 12 to stay here. The owner was very responsive and so nice! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Amazing Stay

The property was everything we could have asked for. It had all the upgrades and so close to Park City/Deer Valley! Any issues that came up were promptly addressed with the owners. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
