We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything needed to enjoy a very relaxing vacation! We loved spending mornings and evenings on the lanai with the fantastic view and Cindy was very easy to work with! Hopefully we will be able to book this condo at the same time next year!

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean & very well stocked with a large variety of small appliances even including a blender! The unit also had a large supply of items I’ve usually had to purchase such as dishwasher pods, Tide pods, paper towels, coffee filters AND bath & beach towels. Very nice view of the beach with plenty of lanai furniture. Will definitely book again when we come back.

We had an excellent stay at this property, as always! We are repeat renters as we love the view!! My only suggestion for improvement would be in room washer and dryers or updated washers and dryers in the on floor laundry room. This was the first year we had trouble with the washers being out of order. We called and they repaired it, but the washer broke again soon after. This was no fault of the owner.

Had an AMAZING time and loved the location, Frank and Cindy were GREAT!!My personal opinion, mattress and pillows could use an upgrade and need return air vents in the bedrooms so you can keep your door closed for privacy, and it stays cooler.Would love to go back again next year and stay at Frank and Cindy’s.

Always a wonderful place to be!

The hosts are wonderful and very responsive, wanting your stay to be perfect! Great unit, clean and spacious. The oceanfront lanai allows 180 degrees of beach viewing and the perfect spot to watch spectacular sunsets. Our annual vacation spot.

Our stay was fantastic. We had a spectacular view of the ocean and beach from our screened-in bug-free balcony. The unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Elevators were reasonably quick. The pool was nice and clean. We chose to not rent any car to avoid traffic anxiety. But many nice restaurants and stores were within walking distance, and Breeze and Frogger tips-only shuttles as well as Lyft/Uber were readily available for longer trips. We had to message the host about one minor issue during our stay, and they not only responded immediately, but were able to resolve the issue shortly after.
