Get away to the edge of the world, in the quiet village of Lanesville within historic Gloucester, in this beachy, serene 3-floor home. Just steps to the water, of Lanes Cove, for swimming, kayak launch or walks on the famous wall. Skylights in the top floor bedroom wake you up as though in a treehouse, enjoy swimming in Lanes Cove, and patio seating to take in the ocean air. Up the street, 2 minutes walking distance, is a liquor store with excellent selection & amenities, a cafe, and a post office. Two Parking Spaces for your use, next to the unit. Please note that the overall parking area is shared with two other units, your neighbors; hence your 2 car limit. CATA is a local bus that comes around every 50 minutes, and can take you into downtown Gloucester, or up Rt 127 towards Rockport. Gloucester Taxi & Livery Service can take you around Cape Ann, but since the pandemic, probably not as far as Boston Logan Airport. Also--The Commuter Rail out of Rockport, Downtown Gloucester, or West Gloucester, takes you directly into North Station in Boston.

Witches weekend away

This lovely home was the most perfect spot to start celebrating Halloween a little early. My four friends and I are already thinking to rent it again next year. It was far enough away to escape the craziness but just a short 1/2 hr ride to Salem to get in some good Halloween costume and decoration shopping. The view was perfect and Lily provided everything we needed. The two spacious bedrooms were perfect for my out of town guests. I had the pull-out couch and found it very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect fall getaway!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It is beyond adorable. My family had plenty of room and the house has everything you need to feel at home. The host gave us great recommendations for places to eat that were spot on. The decor and surrounding neighborhood were too cute. Nothing beats the view of the cove in the morning. Highly recommend this property!
