About the host
Hosted by payton streff
My name is Payton Streff and I am a small Beekeeper here in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Since getting my 100 beehives going about 4 years ago now, I have started selling it under my business Black Hills Liquid Gold. My goal is to keep it as natural and Raw as possible, all the while keeping it affordable at the same time. Every year becomes more and more difficult to keep going as the bees are having major health problems. A couple of years ago, I lost almost 90% of my bees! So since then, I have started taking on a few more ways to support myself, as well as the bees. One of these ways is this new venture of renting out Airbnbs.
I love the Black Hills because it truly has a homey feeling for me as I was born and raised here. I love all of the friendly people here as well as all of the amazing sights to see (even right out of my back door!).
