Private Casita w/ New Full Kitchen, Private Pool, Gated Community

Private casita (guest house) with brand new full kitchen located in a quiet gated community. Enjoy our home's casita/ guest suite with a private entrance in a separated building. The casita comes with a Queen size bed, and another pullout sleeper, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The place equipped with kitchen, kitchen appliances, smart TV, a air mattress. The property set in .33 acres and it has two buildings: main building is the main residence of the owner (host). The second building is the casita (guest house) which you are renting. Both buildings are not connecting.

Within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants, groceries, Goodyear ballpark / spring training, public parks, CTCA, and more. Palm Valley golf course, 2 mi from Wigwam Resort, and Luke AFB. Close to I-10 and the 303.

The property has the pool and hot tub. Pool is free to use. If you like to use a heated Hot tub, the cost fee to heat up the hot tub is $60 per day of usage. Please provide 24 hours notice advance if you like to use the hot tub.

Super cute little place! Clean, well-stocked and close to everything. I didn’t see the family a lot but when I did they’re very sweet. I didn’t use the hot tub but the pool is nice. The yard is beautiful and their dog is so sweet! Would stay here again

Casita was great. Wi-Fi was not the best if that is important. If using hot tub for extra fee make sure you ask for details as process of use and payment was not clear. Huong was very good working through that part with us though.

It was very easy to access! The communication was clear! Not a whole lot to do for check out which was good! They had a stocked bathroom with shampoos and conditioner and body wash also! Bed was very comfortable and loved the kitchen! We didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but we loved the neighborhood! Very safe gated community! Would definitely stay there again! Quiet and Perfect for our needs

This property was clean and had everything you could want for a weekend stay. We stayed as part of NASCAR weekend. It was close to the track and met our needs. The host was attentive, and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.
