Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bath lake getaway. Once you enter the double door entry you are greeted by an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms are all feature granite countertops. There are two bedrooms and a full bath with skylight located to the left of the home. The master has vaulted ceilings, jetted tub, walk in shower, dual sink, and walk in closet. The backyard features a large pool and spa with baja entry and seated bar area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
As you check out I wanted to remind you to avoid a $65 charge make sure the pool pump is back on, the start/stop button should be lit.
Also that the valves are turned back to their original position. AC should also be set to 85.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No music after 10 PM - No loud parties - Thermostat is not to be put on Vacation Mode

July in Havasu

Pool was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. The double umbrella was great for shade. Was a short drive to restaurants and Rotary Park. We would definitely rent this place again.

Comfortable space

Came into town for a few days to visit family and we gathered at the house comfortably! Enjoyed the pool and hung out, too. Loved the umbrellas for the hottest part of the day! Would stay here again!

Quick getaway from life.

This house was really nice and the owner was extremely helpful when I needed to ask him questions. The pool and spa were great to relax in after a day on the lake. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you Frank for letting us into your home.

Loved our stay at this property in Lake Havasu. Beautiful home with everything you need! Loved the location close to Pickleball, shopping, quiet neighbourhood. Frank was an excellent host and was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Very Clean. Quite neighborhood. Nice pool and hot tub. You do have to pay extra for the pool to be heater. Beds were comfy. Frank was very responsive, would stay again.

Great Desert retreat for snowbirds

We had an amazing stay at this home. It exceeded all our expectations and felt like Home Sweet Home for our 3 month winter vacation. The check in process was easy, The home was immaculate .The owner provided everything we could possibly require. We so enjoyed the back yard with the pool, hot tub and the yard games. The owner responded quickly and answered all of our questions. We would definitely rent this property again if we decide to be Snowbirds in Arizona for another winter.

Beautiful House

A very nice clean house with all comforts. Lots of space and good equipment - the toaster could only do with an upgrade😀. A great pool and a nice and central residential area. Frank took care of everything and was always available. We even got new patio chairs and umbrellas.

Nice Rental

When we walked in the door, it was better than I expected. Everything we saw in the pictures were true. We were hoping to rent it again for next year, but unfortunately we weren’t quick enough to put in our request. It’s in a great location, and the neighbors were nice. If we had a question, we got a quick response. I would recommend anyone to rent this nice vacation home..

Perfect Getaway

The house is exactly as pictured. Super clean, nice pool area (although there is nice patio table/seating there are no lounge chairs, we ordered a couple on Amazon) comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of closet, dresser in primary suite, fully stocked kitchen. Nice neighborhood 5 minutes to entertainment, shopping, restaurants and London Bridge area. Despite communication error regarding our departure on my behalf, Frank compromised on extra time for us to gather our things and check out without a stressful hurry. It was a wonderful stay. Would have stayed for the month of April 2024 but the home was not available. Thanks Frank, it was great!
