A quiet and safe neighborhood that is 1.5 miles away from Downtown Huntington Beach. Upstairs contain three bedrooms with a loft -- 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. A living room downstairs with no kitchen but includes a microwave, air fry, burner, toaster, sink, and fridge. The dining table turns into a poker table. A large front yard with a patio set.
