Awesome in Gilbert, AZ

Communications with the property manager we're excellent and the property description was spot on. It was very clean and welcoming for our annual trip to AZ. I highly recommended this to any family looking to stay in the area.

Great Family Home

Great, clean place in a safe neighborhood. The home had everything we needed to be entertained. 5 Bedrooms were a bonus for us - allowed for some privacy, but could still enjoy family time together around the pool or game room.

Great place for family getaway.

Location was great. Everything from hiking to shopping was 20 minutes away. Owner was very responsive and answered all my questions before booking. House was clean and as described. My only concern was cameras were in the back by the pool.

Spectacular

We always rent homes when we travel and this house was one of our favorites. It truly felt like home. We loved it so much. Very comfortable and spacious. My children loved the backyard and the game room. We also loved the neighborhood and how convenient it was. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. Would definitely come back when we visit again. So happy we found this house.

Great house, Awesome Vacation!

We rented this house when we came to Arizona to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday. We had multiple families stay and we had the best time! The house is beautiful and we had a blast in the outdoor area. Any minor issues we had were IMMEDIATELY responded to. I use VRBO quite often and I have never had a more positive experience than with this company. The communication before the trip and all the detailed check in information was the best to date. They stocked drinks for our arrival. The continued positive messages and checking on us were unexpected and greatly appreciated. I felt like I was texting a friend. The neighborhood was beautiful and there is a great park 2 minutes away. I would definitely book this house again!Minor feedback- I would have loved a pizza cutter :)Also, the game room could be updated. The dart board was broken. I think it could use a couple more cool things to do just because it is such a great space!

We enjoyed our stay. Rebekah was extremely responsive and made everything perfect after Wednesday evening. Our concierge was not so much. Really appreciate Rebekah sending Jeff out. He saved our vacation!! :)

Great spot for family celebration!

We had a great time - the property was clean with only a few small things - some lightbulbs out that we replaced and had to purchase a can opener! :) But we were super pleased with our stay and hope to stay again! Thank you!

ASU Graduation Trip

Myself, my husband and grown children plus one other family stayed in this home (10 people total); it was perfect! There was room for all of us to not feel completely on top of each other. Mornings outside on the patio with our coffee was perfect. The kitchen was super well stocked so we were able to have most of our meals at home together. It was also great to be so close to everything… about 10 minutes from groceries and coffee and 30 minutes from Tempe where graduation was held. This home was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent property! Clean and so nice to have property owners who made sure our every request was resolved . We heated the pool and very comfortable and clean. Only couple suggestions an outside tv and a full size ping pong table as there are a lot of toys for kiddos but not for young adults and adults. Did not disappoint and we’d stay there again!

Perfect family getaway

To start off with the booking and communication was amazing and easy. Spacious beautiful 5 bedroom house. Was amazing for our family spring break trip. Very clean and modern. Had all the kitchen supplies and utensils you would need. We paid to have the pool heated since we visited at the end of March. Definitely was worth it and the pool felt amazing. We plan on making this our go to house for future spring breaks! Was also in a gorgeous gated community. Well worth it!

Beautiful Stay in Mesa

The home is amazing - has all the amenities you would ever need. The hosts are lovely, the house is beautiful and the location was perfect. We were close to restaurants, shopping and golf. The hot tub was a real treat, as were the putting green and the games in the garage. There were plenty of dishes for our party of 7 and the basics like coffee, cream, sugar and Nespresso pods. I would highly recommend this home - and the hosts are very quick to communicate. Stay here - you won't regret it!

Very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. I do offer a few suggestions. Patio heaters would be a nice addition. The hot water temperature could be raised a few degrees. T.P. holders need tightening. It would be nice to have the door code to the walking trail, as it were we got locked out and had to walk around to the main gate. Overall wonderful place to stay and enjoy the area.

Excellent vacation

Our time was incredible. Our entire family had a wonderful time. We spent every moment we were home in the pool and it was fantastic. Our host was incredible responsive to our requests via text. Only feedback is that the beds in the kids room were very hard even for kids. Also, the blinds were extremely light throughout all the rooms. It also would’ve been nice if the patio area was sprayed off a bit before our arrival. As I was cleaning up all kinds of spills from the guests before us. Otherwise, the house was incredibly clean and it worked perfect for our two families of four with small children.

Great location and beautiful property

This property is very pretty and in a great location. Loved taking walks around Val Vista Lakes. The only draw back was we thought it would have an option for heated pool when we booked. Just had to let them know (They've added to their listing that it will get done in Mid January) This would have been awesome over the Christmas vacation as we had little kids with us and it was gorgeous out. Pool was just too cold to swim. It wasn't a deal breaker though. We had a fantastic time. The house was clean. Lots of fun things to do in the area with or without kids.

few items that could be cleaned up

The property was great. The hot tub never worked properly from the time we got there. The host was always quick to respond and did send a few guys there to try and fix it but they weren't able to fix it in time for the duration of our stay. Not being able to use the hot tub was disapointing. I pointed out a few items that need to be addressed but overall we would stay here again. It's in a gated community and the place was nice and clean.

Relaxing Getaway

This home has everything you need to feel you are in a vacation home. Our 2 year old loved the hockey setup in the garage and miniature golf outside. The couches in the living room are SO comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need and more!
