Features 2 large flat screens w/Apple TV, kitchenette, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, rice cooker, mini oven. Walk-in closet, master suite, independent access.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, look for deer or wild turkey walking by at times.
You are only 3 miles to UofO, 8 miles to Riverbend, 5 miles from Spencers Butte, (favorite local hike), 60 miles from the coast, or 70 miles from the famous Willamette pass in case you fancy to ski.
The suite is all the daylight basement of this property, with independent entry, our family resides upstairs in case you need anything at all.
