Also, there is a full laundry room with an LG Washer and Dryer. The house is down the street from a full track and field that athletes use to warm-up prior to competitions, as well as the frisbee golf course and pickle ball and tennis courts. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like central heating and A/C, WiFi, Roland Drum Set, musical instruments, a rowing machine, bicycles, electric scooters and soccer goals.
