This home is located close to restaurants and the beautiful downtown area. Biking from the home to anywhere downtown or by OSU was so easy. The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our visit (2 adults). The back yard seating was lovely and we enjoyed having our morning coffee out there. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. Host was very quick to respond and gave helpful advice. We highly recommend this property.

Cozy and Convenient

This house was perfectly fine for what we needed. It’s a little further away from campus than we normally stay, but it wasn’t too far.

My name is Ashlie, and I'm your host! I have been an Oregon resident since 2018, and a licensed real estate agent since then as well. I love the customer service side of my profession, and have decided to extend that into hosting. I am always looking for ways to improve my guests experience. Please let me know if you have any needs or suggestions!

If you are thinking of buying or selling a home in Oregon, I am also happy to help :)

Why they chose this property

I chose this property as a short term rental for a few reasons. Its location is PERFECT! Located in the heart of Eugene, it is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with long time residents as neighbors. The home still has some of it's charm from being built in the 1950's. It is updated, while still keeping some unique character.
