Getting to the cabin location-wise was a breeze. EZ check-in and out. Walking distance to the Village, convenience store, and Alpine Coaster. Great value for someone just looking for a cozy room to sleep in and taking advantage of the outdoor activities Big Bear has to offer.
The cabin is very cute, there is some improvements that you could do to make others experience better: change table set, have the jacuzzi painted to fix the inside look, clean the bathroom walls and windows. Even with that was so worth it to come because the overall look and privacy is good to have.
Location was amazing. Being that it was a busy weekend because of the storms not having to move my car was a major plus. Was able to walk to the market, brewery for dinner, and a spot to sled down. The cabin itself was well maintained and cozier than expected. It was a nice break from Los Angeles and I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you for sharing your special place with us!
Is a nice suti with hot tub but needs a lot cleaning, floor is really duty, and is spiders everywhere,is no dishes on the kitchen..

Comfortable, but lacking essentiàls .
We came up here for some much needed rest and relaxation. We were impressed by the peace and quiet and the sounds of the creek running behind the cabin. Nice.bath tub in room. The only drawback from our stay was the lack of cleaning stuff like a broom or vaccum which wouldve helped with our cleaning up afterward.
We arrived and found this to be a very nice little cabin, which was certainly worth the price. Except for the in-room jacuzzi, which is dated and needs a bit of work, and a couple of burned out light bulbs, it was well appointed and clean. There was excellent communication with the host both before and during our stay. The only real issue that we ran into was that the Wi-Fi was working, but the internet was not. That left us without television or internet radio. You never know how much you rely on the internet until you don't have it. To any extent, we had a nice time in Big Bear, and a fun weekend in this cabin.
Missing basic kitchen essentials. No lids for pots, no baking sheet, no plates no bowls no coffee filters. Besides that it was great! Clean, good location, affordable comfortable and greater works great. I highly recommend, just come prepared with what i mentioned
Poor communication with the property manager. We wasted a lot of time troubleshooting issues with the hot tub and heating in the cabin. I regret choosing this cabin.
Jacuzzi dirty and in poor condition. Floors dirty, maintenance crew poor cleaning. Spider webs and spiders in nook area, stove top filthy. Tub , vanity need upgrade and toilet exceptionally too low, actually entire bathroom needs to be remodeled.. We were very disappointed.
The tub had a crack on the bottom so we couldn’t use it .
The porch was not inviting, had spider weds and fake flowers that look dirty and old. The cabin had no interior design, no wall decorations only the nails where there. The curtains where some how gue in.

We did not have a good stay. The entire cabin was covered in soot from the fireplace and the cabin was filled with dead and living insects including cockroaches in the kitchen area. There were bugs under the bedding. The fire alarms were beeping and the coffee maker and microwave were very dirty as well as the freezer still having food and beverages from a prior visit inside of it. All of the soap dispensers were empty. The beds were very uncomfortable and the power shut off in the morning. We left early because of all this. Very disappointed in our choice of stay. Not sure if we got a really bad cabin or what but it was a very poor experience
