Penny's Place Near the Lake- Quiet Rural House, Conviently located with big yard

Welcome to Penny's Place near the llake! A quiet house in a rural setting 5 minutes outside of Charlevoix. A beautiful and calm lake is across the street. This lake is great for fishing or kayaking. Across the street there is bike path with beautiful scenery. We do have wifi!

Penny's Place is 3 bedroom and 1 bath home. Inside it is spacious with lots of natural light during the day. Through out the house are a variety of unique knick-knacks and houseplants Penny had aquired throughout her life. There is a fully functional kitchen with dining room table. The living room is cozy and perfect for board games.

It is located 15 minutes from Boyne City, 30 minutes from East Jordan, and 15 minutes from Petoskey.

We do have security cameras on the front and back entrance to ensure property safety and guests' safety.

We do have an A/C window units in the kitchen and master bedroom. Then we have fans available throughout the property.
