We have lived in the Denver area for almost 15 years, and love Colorado. I am a former elementary school teacher, currently a child-birth worker and educator, as well as a property manager of homes in the Denver area. My husband is in IT sales and business consulting. We have two small children.
Why they chose this property
This is our personal family home, which we are looking to rent while we are away for several months, primarily spring and summer, with the possibility of extending into the school year. I have rented out personal homes out previously, in addition to being a property manager of single family homes in the the Denver area for the past ten years.
