Welcome to a spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Duplex with a lovely living room where you can relax and play a game of chess on the big chess coffee table or watch your favorite show on the 65” ROKU TV. Local channels available. Or relax on the screened in back porch after a day at the Wabasso Beach (5.9 miles) Master King Bedroom have a 43” ROKU TV. Enjoy a BBQ on the grill in the big backyard.

The space

Large rooms with screened in back porch and spacious corner lot. Tall pine trees with lots of shade. Easy drive to the beach and river and other local attractions. Public Tennis courts in walking distance.

The location was excellent. The place was neat and clean, and we would gladly stay again if some issues get resolved - #1, the plumbing. The plumbing worked, but we had to plunge the tub & toilet a bit after use (and we did notify the owner, who said he will address the problem). Also, when we arrived, we had no toilet paper or laundry detergent, so we had to go out and buy it - and the refrigerator needed a couple of filters (both air & water filters). Overall, we liked it and felt it was a very good value for the money.

Nice neighborhood. Close to store and the beach. I rented for my daughter and her two kids so my sister in laws could stay at our house from out of state to visit.

Good location, quiet neighborhood

House interior was clean, outside screend patio was very dirty, cleaned it myself. Listing states gas grill, no grill. Home is on of many duplexes in the neighborhood.

Review of the Dahl House

The Dahl House is as advertised. Neat and clean, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The owner, Jury, makes himself available to answer all questions. Five minutes to the Indian River Lagoon and Riverview Park where you can walk and talk to other snow-birds. Wonderful seafood restaurants on the Lagoon. Crab-e-Bill’s and Squid Lips are our favorites. From Captain Hiram’s you can take a tour boat out to look for dolphins or over to Pelican Island to see the birds roost at dusk. If you have the time, drive down to Vero Beach and visit the McKee Botanical Garden, the high point of our stay. I would definitely consider staying here next year. Alex

I highly recommend the Dahl House. It is easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were super quick (immediate) to respond any time I had a question. The towels were soft, the water hot and the A/C good. The owners offered extras like microwave popcorn and a wide assortment of coffees and teas. The outside patio is perfect for coffee with morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening shade. The TVs are nice and big but only offer Roku and other programs from your own apps. It took us a bit, but we did find news stations from many cities. I would definitely stay here again.
