A convenient beach tram that picks up right outside makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities (including the beach) plus it’s just a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Located less than a mile from the ocean, this family-friendly vacation rental is your ticket to beach fun! Leave your beach chairs and gear at home as you will have access to the owner's shed that is packed with chairs, boogie boards, and a large, inflatable float.

Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen. Spend endless hours on the two decks dining out or just relaxing. And at the end of each day, kick back and stream your favorite shows and movies in the open and spacious living area. Central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay.

Great beach stay

Christmas break at Bethany

We went to the beach for Spring break with our teenagers. We had a great time and the space and comfort was amazing. Everyone had a little space to call their own after a long day of activities. The property was clean and comfortably furnished. All of the amenities of home was available on site for our use in the kitchen and bar area. Thank you for considering the little things!!!

Clean and safe

This is a really great property. It was clean, and there was plenty of room for four adults and two kids. My daughter and I walked to and from the beach and pools everyday while the rest of our crew took the tram. We didn’t know the tram didn’t stop at the tram stop on our side of the street after 6pm. We waited for a half hour the first night. But a woman who lived nearby told us to get on by the tennis court across the street. No issues after that. I’m glad I brought extra towels/wash cloths because there wouldn’t have been enough clean ones for a Wednesday-Sunday stay without them. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall, it was a great stay. Very safe.

GREAT PLACE ON THE BEACH

Great place with tons of amenities at Sea Colony. The house is very clean, nicely decorated, and recently updated. It’s a short walk to Sea Colony beach, directly across the street from the tennis courts, and a short walk to the community’s gym, local restaurants and shops. It was also great having access to the owner’s shed which has everything you need for the beach, including high-end beach chairs and umbrellas. One of the porch decks is very spacious where we ate most of our meals almost daily. Highly recommend this place to anyone, family, and/or friends looking for a place near the beach. You’ll truly enjoy your stay.

Perfect Beach House Escape in the Perfect Location!

We had such a fabulous time staying at this charming beach house! The location is simply terrific: just a short 8-10 minute walk to the beach through a safe and private community (with a pool, tennis center, and various small lakes along the way) and ideally located next to some great restaurants and food/liquor/pharmacy stores. Once you're here, you really don't need a car or to deal with traffic, which is a huge perk during the busy summer season. But, even if you do decide to drive around, the home is ideally situated for easy convenience to other beaches (and shopping) in Rehoboth, Ocean City, and Fenwick. We were also looking for an easy, no-fuss vacation, and this "turn-key" house delivered in every way from the moment we walked in the door. Fresh and clean linens, towels, and high-end toiletries were ready upon our arrival. The home itself was clean and is comfortably decorated, and the kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cooking utensils, pots/pans, and other misc. items--you can readily prepare a large family/gourmet meal here. The home also is equipped with a lot of lounging furniture, several flat screen televisions, and beach chairs and beach supplies for adults and young children. There is plenty of space and ample bedrooms for a large group to stay here as well (we were a group of 4, but the home could easily accommodate more people without issue). I highly recommend staying here, whether you are planning a family vacation or a fun getaway with friends, for your next vacation!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

My stay at 3201 was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better setup. The house is equipped with everything you need for a vacation, all you need to bring is yourself. I especially loved the proximity to the beach, walking distance and Tommy Bahamas beach chairs are available so you can lounge by the water. The community is quiet and safe where you can walk everywhere during your stay. You won’t need to use your car until you leave. I recommend for anyone wanting to vacation with their family or significant other. Amazing stay!

A wonderful stay at a beach house

We loved our first stay at Sea Colony for the first time. The house is up-to-date, very clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well-stocked and it is like cooking from my home. It was nice to arrive and having Vacasa take care of everything for us, including having the beds made, having clean towels, toiletries, etc. We enjoyed having access to the boogie boards and beach chairs which made our stay more enjoyable. It is very close to everything such as the beach, pools, markets for grocery shopping, local pizza and ice cream shops. We can’t wait to go back this year and next year!
