Welcome to the Ritz Carlton Club Aspen Highlands, the only true ski in ski out luxury property located at the base of incredible Aspen Highlands Mountain, the home of uber exclusive Cloud 9 Restaurant and just minutes from Downtown Aspen. Ritz Carlton Residences Amenities:
Enjoy the including Complimentary twice daily housekeeping, Spa, Pools, Jacuzzi, Gym, Complimentary Shuttle around town and surrounding areas. All policies are set by Ritz Carlton Management. Complimentary Happy Hour Apres Ski and Coffee, Nightly Glass of Port, Parking, Daily Cookies, and Parking included, days and hours vary. Service animals are allowed on a case by case basis. We have been offering rentals Aspen since 2014.
All units offer:
-1 King, One King that can be two Twin XL (also known as Doubles, on rare occasion a Queen) and one Queen Sofabed
-Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
-Ski In, Ski Out
-Complimentary housekeeping
-Complimentary ASE airport pick up and drop off
-Complimentary shuttle to other ski areas and around Aspen
-Complimentary Wi-Fi
-Stays of 30 nights or more do not have government tax.

-On site restaurants and room service (hours of operation may vary)

There is a $75 additional charge at property per night for amenities, including valet, free airport pickup, complimentary shuttles.
This is a new charge that Management implemented beginning on May 1, 2023, and applies to all units unless you are a Ritz Carlton member.

Ski Vacation

The location was on the base of the mountain. It was 50 yards from the main lift to the mountain. Great hot tubs, spa, gym and additional amenities on premise. Staff was focused on making the trip comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous property and superb service

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz, Carlton highlands property in aspen. This property is close to the Aspen rec center, which is only five minutes walk. You can also walk to Aspen and 50 minutes but they do provide a shuttle service that runs on time, there are two restaurants on the premises plus a coffee shop and the gym is immaculate with plenty of equipment. There is also a pool and a Jacuzzi on the back portion of the property of the elk lodge. The condominium was very clean, and housekeeping service was always available.

Great Stay Ritz is Impressive

Are the Bears and bathrooms are amazing. There is nowhere, including the Little Nell or St Regis or Gant that has bathrooms like the Ritz Carlton. Gorgeous marble, tons of hot water, giant tub and separate shower, the place is luxury. Other awesome things, the sofa bed is actually a memory foam bed, so it doesn’t have any metal or springs. Was so nice to have such a big table to eat at in the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The extra 1/2 bath in the two bedroom was perfect. We really liked having a foyer and closets for our gear even though there is a ski valet. The best part, was having two giant pools, two giant, hot tubs, and two gyms. Our massage was awesome. Ski Shuttles worked great and in town shuttle and airport pick up a plus.

Wow! this Ritz Carlton is amazing!

The host was great to work with and check in was easy. They were able to accommodate our shorter stay. I usually stay in town, but decided I wanted more of a resort experience, the Ritz really delivered. Plus, it is literally a 5 minute ride to town. Super spacious unit, five star service, spa pool and hot tub were great. Loved room service and the restaurant and the grab and go shop downstairs. The concierge was so helpful in getting us reservations for dinner. We loved the complimentary shuttle and we couldn’t get the kids to leave the Ritz Kids Club. Can’t wait to come back in the winter to have the real ski in ski out experience.
