I’m from Canada and have proudly owned this property since 2008. I’ve always loved being by the ocean, soaking up the sun, and enjoying everything Grand Bahama has to offer.

When I’m not able to be here myself, I’m happy to share my place with guests who appreciate a relaxing beachfront getaway. My goal is to spend more time here during the winters in the near future.

I take pride in providing a great experience and building positive relationships with my guests. If anything isn’t quite right during your stay, I work closely with my property manager to make sure it’s addressed promptly so you can fully enjoy your vacation.

Why they chose this property

I chose this location because of my love for the ocean and the relaxed island lifestyle. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful sunrise views to start your day, along with the peaceful sound of the waves.

The east-facing position is another big advantage, as the unit gets shade by mid-morning—helping keep the space cooler and more comfortable compared to west-facing units.

It’s also conveniently located just steps from the elevator, making it easy when heading down to the beach, pool, or bringing items down for a BBQ.

What sets this apartment apart is the level of care and attention it receives. Being right by the ocean, coastal properties require constant upkeep—and I take that seriously.

I work closely with my property manager to ensure the unit is regularly maintained, refreshed, and kept in excellent condition, so it always feels clean, comfortable, and inviting for every guest.
