We stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Had a great stay. Place has been really well updated and was very quiet and peaceful. Would stay there again in the future.
The house was very clean and well taken care of. It was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood has character but felt safe and quiet. Would stay there again!
This was our second time staying at Misty mountain and it was just as great as the first. The property is immaculately clean, has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We will stay here again!
Had such a lovely 2 night stay! Convenient location to everything fun in Hendersonville, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Highlight for me was the front porch swings!
Our group of 4 stayed here for a long weekend, and really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean. We made use of the kitchen for making breakfast, and appreciated the selection of dishes, pot/pans, utensils, etc. We also really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!
My husband turned 60 and him and his brother are into brewing so we toured Sierra Nevada and went to several breweries. This house is super clean, and well stocked.
You can tell the owner has taken great care of the property. It had everything our family of 4 needed. Perfect central location to the mountain apple farms as well as downtown to eat out and grab ice cream. Thanks for the great memories.
The home is an old home that has been completely remodeled. It has the charm and idiosyncrasies of an old home with the conveniences that modern people need. The owner of the home was very responsive and pleasant.
You could walk to downtown Hendersonville if you are motivated, we didn't, but you could.
We would absolutely stay there again.
Beautifully remodeled craftsman with comfy beds. Walking difference to shops and restaurants. Good jumping off point to explore the surrounding areas. Suggestions leave directions for the TV to access the cable. Be sure the maids leave the remote in a visible spot. Install grab bars for claw foot tub.Thank you for a great stay!
This was a nice home to stay in with my parents and daughters for a family reunion in town. The neighborhood was a little scary but the house was nice and very well stocked. Loved the front porch with porch swings and rocking chairs! We wanted to use the fire pit but the back yard was not really that inviting so we chose the front porch for outside time together. Thank you for letting us stay!
This house is well decorated, the kitchen is well-stocked. The floors are gorgeous, and the living room furniture is very comfortable. The only downside is that there is not a comfortable place to sleep in the property. I tried all three beds that were available and none of them were firm enough. I really enjoyed every other aspect of staying in this location.

Marcia as the owners of the property we are very sorry about the internet and tv situation and the frustration it caused you. If you would have contacted us as soon as you realized they were not working instead of the evening before you were checking out we would have contacted the cable company Immediately. As soon as we received your message about them not working we called and we were told there was a outage in our area and they had technicians working on it. As for the code to access the property it was sent to you in the email sent with the house information that we send to all our guests. We are sorry you missed that on the information and you had to make a phone call to get in. We are very proud of our house and work hard to make it as perfect as possible. Unfortunately things like the cable/internet company are out of our control. If you look at our reviews these things have not been a issue in the past.

Check in was easy. Kitchen is sorely lacking. In disrepair to say the least. Kitchen cupboard doors fall onto the floor. No useable ice maker. I was extremely disappointed with the TV. They claim to have streaming tv but it’s only 2 stations and no ability to add any of your favorites. The water in the shower in one of the bathrooms leaks so much that it’s hard to get any sleep. I could not possibly recommend this house unless they did quite a lot of repairs. But since it’s company owned; it’s doubtful. Neighborhood not so nice.
We decided to extend our vacation over the July 4th Holiday in the Asheville/Hendersonville. We are so happy we found this house. The kitchen was well stocked and included high end appliances. Honestly the only thing we needed to bring was food. We left with some great memories. If we are ever in the area again, we'll book again.
