- In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person (age 12 & up) per day
-Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $5 per person (age 12 & up) per day (effective Aug. 1)
-Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $15 per vehicle (effective Aug. 1 for arrivals 9/16 and forward)
-Transaction Fee: $20
$10 for registration and payment made 5 or more days prior to arrival.
Late Processing Fee: $25 for payment received less than 3 days prior to arrival.

This property has everything you love about a Pocono getaway. Arrowhead Lakes is a beautiful community with 2 lakes, 3 pools and community center and you are close by so many attractions!
Inside the home you'll find a Game Room for the family, a private patio with 7 person hot tub and an outdoor fire pit.
It's got everything you need to enjoy the mountains with your family and friends.
Important to note:
Arrowhead Lakes Community does have fees for renters to get into the property:
- $8 per day per guest in the summer months, $2/day per guest in the off-season
- $25 per vehicle (for a key card)
