Vacation - peace - nature - Baltic Sea - family business!
In our lovingly restored country house, with an adjoining, family-owned riding stable + riding hall, we have 11 apartments of different sizes in country house style. Quiet and yet central. 4 km to Kühlungsborn to the beach or 3 km to Heiligendamm to the beach. Bakers and a restaurant are in the village. You can book the whole house or individual apartments.
There is seating in the green for all apartments.
Equipment: kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cooking facilities, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dining area.
Each apartment has a cozy living area, equipped with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV. All bathrooms have a shower with toilet and hairdryer. All apartments have laminate flooring and WiFi.
A fireplace room with space for 25 people and adjacent kitchen is available for an extra flat rate.
Parking directly at the house, no tourist tax.

Sehr freundlicher unkomplizierter Vermieter. Immer ansprechbar. Tolle Umgebung. Nur 10 min fahrt bis Kühlungsborn und Heiligendamm. Wunderschöne Pferde. Unterkunft sauber. Sehr Gute Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht.

Liebe Gäste,
wenn Sie bei Anreise Mängel feststellen, bitte melden und uns die Chance geben, sie zu beseitigen. Da es im Nachhinein für den Gastgeber nicht mehr möglich ist diese Kritiken nach zu vollziehen.
Die nachfolgenden Gastfamilien, die einen wesentlich längeren Aufenthalt bei uns hatten, haben weder eine klemmende Tür noch zu wenig Beleuchtung reklamiert.
Wir sind gern auch Gastgeber für Gäste mit Hund und haben im allgemeinen keine schlechten Erfahrungen damit gemacht. Ihre hinterlassenen Hundehaare waren allerdings für die Reinigung eine große Herausforderung. In der ganzen Wohnung, auf Polstermöbeln, bis in die letzte Ecke lange Hundehaare.
Leider konnten wir mit Ihnen nicht darüber sprechen, da sie die Wohnung bereits verlassen hatten.
Nehmen Sie doch bitte für den nächsten Gastgeber, zur Schonung seiner Möbel, einfach eine Decke mit, die Sie über die Couch legen können, wenn sich der Hund da platziert.

Sehr sauber. Freundliche Gastgeberin.
Meine Frau und ich waren 2 Nächte dort. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Schöne Räumlichkeiten. Sehr sauber.
Falls man mit mehreren Familien dort hin fährt, gibt es noch ein gesondertes Kaminzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsküche. Wer allerdings direkt im Trubel eines Touristenortes sein möchte, ist dort fehl am Platz.
