Apartment house Villa Sanssouci WE 1: 2-room apartment close to the beach with roof terrace

This friendly 2-room apartment (approx. 48 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor / top floor (no lift), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. Mediterranean-style tiles cover the floors throughout the apartment.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cosy and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a chest of drawers. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 5 m² rooftop terrace (facing south and west) with patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind while enjoying views of the greenery and the rooftops of Kühlungsborn, and in the evenings, you can quietly savour the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet. Several spacious built-in closets are installed in the sloped ceiling area to provide additional storage space for your clothing and luggage.

The additional single bed in the bedroom and an extra sleeper sofa in the living room provide comfortable sleeping accommodation for a third or fourth is provided by the additional single bed in the bedroom and an extra sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

If needed, a public laundromat is available at Dünenstraße 9, within easy walking distance of your holiday rental, for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in the parking space assigned to your apartment, located directly to the right of the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At several cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or treat yourself in the evening to tasty dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
