Enjoy your well-earned holiday in our newly built apartment house, in Aschau in the Zillertal, in the middle of the most active valley in the world. Our quiet location promises you a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains and offers you absolute feel-good character.

You can reach the ski areas Hochzillertal - Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena - Zell am Ziller within 4 km or you can easily use the ski bus.

Whether you are traveling alone, with your children or with the whole family,
we offer you 2 differently sized apartments for the best possible comfort.

Our two apartments 'Rosenalm' and 'Gerlosstein' can accommodate 2 to 8 people and each contain a kitchen with comfortable seating area, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and towel dryers, hand and bath towels, and linen. A safe is in the apartment and in the living room and in the bedrooms you will find flat screens with satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire house, we have underfloor heating in all rooms. You can on our terraces or Balconies relax very well.

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub zum Skifahren im Zillertal. Die Unterkunft war top und unserer Vermieterin super lieb. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür, dass man in 10 min in der Gondel sitzt wir würden wieder kommen!

Snowboardurlaub 2020

Die Wohnung war super schön, modern und einladend. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt von Check in bis zum Check out. Alles war neu und sauber. Es war für alles gesorgt. Wer nicht selbst kochen möchte oder was an Zutaten vergessen hat, kann in wenigen Gehminuten im Ort sich problemlos was kaufen. Die Skigebiete haben wir problemlos erreicht ob mit dem Skibus oder mit dem Auto. Wir hatten einen richtigen schönen Urlaub und die Fam. Kupfner ist sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft von Familie Kupfner mit großer Freude weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank das wir die Wohnung nutzen durften. Wir werden es definitiv wiederholen.
