Villa LA PERLA Moraira : excellent seaview, swimming pool & 100% privacy

Hi welcome at our wonderful VILLA LA PERLA!

This beautiful house has 5 double bedrooms (3 with sea view) and 3 bathrooms.
You have seaview from 3 bedrooms, the dining-area, the swimming pool and the pergola (covered terrace)
At the terrace is a stair to the 2e terrace, where you can enjoy the sun the whole day and have the most amazing seaview.

There is airconditioning and heating.

OPTIONAL: In the winter-months , the pool is heatable (untill 29 degrees) but then we ask 20 euro/day for the energy-cost.

The house is close to MORAIRA (10 minutes drive) and JAVEA (15 minutes drive). The big supermarket "MERCADONA" is 5 minutes driving.
