The place was clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to the beach. Excellent communication with host. If you have a pet, there is an area next to the building for pets. Pool area was clean. One concern is that the pots & pans are worn and host should consider replacing them, along with the cooking utensils. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Great rental, very comfortable and perfect for a getaway. Only things that need to be updated is a few more pans for baking and the celling fan in the bedroom is very nosy(needs to be replaced or repaired) other then that we really enjoyed our time here.

Great time!

We had a great time here. Even though the property is a little older the condo was updated and had nice finishes. It was close to the beach, which was great. There was a courtyard to let our dog walk around (on a leash), and there was enough parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

This was a great place for our long weekend to South Padre. It's in a great location and the beach is about a 2 minute walk. The condo had everything we needed. The mattress on the bed is a little hard and is noisy, but other than that everything was great!

It is a tempered mattress... I find that people either like it a lot or they don't...

Our S. Padre Island stay July 2019

Great apartment- clean and had everything we needed, very reasonably priced. Great location-5 min walk to the beach. There was even a hose outside that we could use to get the sand off our shoes and feet before we entered. We all had a great time!!

Cozy place, great location

We enjoyed this little place. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. A short walk brought us to the beach. This was perfect for my husband and I. The neighbors were friendly, the living room was comfortable, the kitchen was more than efficient, the bed was great. Thanks for giving us a relaxing getaway for a few days! We will be back.
