This home is absolutely the perfect place for large groups to get away. It has everything you need. Plenty of room for all and plenty to do. Very reasonable and easy drive to Iowa campus. My group is hoping to stay there in future

Very nice facilities. Some things were not as clean as they could have been but she had warned us that the former renters were leaving at the last minute and that they would do all they could to get it ready for us so we could move in at the prescribed time. Lots of room and beautiful surroundings.

We stayed at this lovely property the weekend of my son’s graduation from U Iowa. Several generations slept comfortably amongst the multiple bedrooms. An issue with the AC was quickly fixed. And the generous kitchen and refrigerator storage space allowed us to bring in catering for the entire weekend. It was wonderful.

It was a wonderful place to stay for our annual family weekend. There was endless space for everyone to enjoy each other, yet there was room to have some quiet time also. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved the place! We had 7 couples and plenty of room for all of us, lots of bathrooms and nice roomy deck where we sat outside! The guys went golfing and the gals did some shopping, the town of West Branch is charming! We plan to come again next year!

We held a women’s retreat here with 19 women. It worked wonderfully for what we needed- meeting space with everyone, dining needs, FULLY stocked kitchen, and lots of sleeping space. Our only negative comment was the knives need sharpened.

Absolutely gorgeous

Easy check in, property was beautiful. Spacious and didn't feel at all crowded, even with around 20 of us staying there. I would absolutely stay here again.
