Everything has been completed remodeled! Open concept kitchen perfect for entertaining with stunning Cambria quartz. Beautiful LVP flooring and the tile in the bathrooms is luxurious! Only one block away from St Pete Beach, 2021 Traveler's Choice "BEST BEACH IN AMERICA" by Trip Advisor. Coming back from the beach, wash off with the convenient retro outside shower. Private backyard with heated pool and awesome tiki hut! Walk the kiddos down to Lido Park and let them play! This home is right in the middle of everything! The endless amount of restaurants and fun activities to do on Gulf Boulevard is all minutes away and within walking distance. Publix grocery store and Walgreens is conveniently located only 1 minute away!
Clearwater, Treasure Island, John’s Pass, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Downtown St. Petersburg, Ft. DeSoto State Park, Busch Gardens Tampa, Clearwater Beach, and so much more are all right here!

My name is Tim. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer for 13 years. We have 4 children ages 19, 13, 12, and 8. I grew up in Boston, but currently live in Indiana and have been here for many years. I own a great painting company and have a real estate license and love home renovation. Our family has grown to love Florida and we visit as much as we can. My father also lives here in Florida so we use that as our excuse to vacation here in Saint Pete Beach as much as we can!
Why they chose this property
We bought this house for three reasons. Location, location, location! We love this area and when we found this house we fell in love with it! We are doing exactly what we planned to do with it and that is to enjoy it with our family and share that same great experience with other people and families! And if we're lucky enough, maybe someday retire to it. This house needed a lot of love when we purchased it. We poured our hearts and souls into it to make it beautiful and everything it is today!
