Loved the condo, newly remodeled and decorated perfectly! Very cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect for attending all the films during the Palm Springs International Film Festival. We certainly would be interested in renting again next year!

The unit is lovely. It is in great shape, very clean and everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. The floor plan is great. Views of the mountains out front and open space in the back. Property manager was wonderful. We hope to come back next year as well.

Failed to list the frequent air traffic noise. Standing water in the shower every time I used it. Kitchen lacking things. No recycling container on the property. Not enough keys for two people. Wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Spacious and Comfortable

We were met there by Grady, which turned out to be very nice and helpful. He was available for any questions throughout our stay. The unit felt very spacious with a good sized kitchen and open living area, a large master suite and comfortable quest room. The new contemporary décor gave a very relaxing and fresh feel. It was easy to feel at home. We enjoyed playing games and sipping wine under the lights in the front patio area, and found the closest pool and centralized tennis and Pickleball courts to be very convenient. The location is very close to the airport, but we learned to tune it out a bit, and while indoors, it did not really bother us at all. The white noise machine in the master bedroom was very helpful. I would suggest adding one to the guest room, as well. Thank you, Grady, for hosting our stay!
