*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is not fully fenced, however, there is plenty of space to walk your furry friends! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

The Locust St. Estate is located close to many of Kansas City’s most historic sites. The property is just minutes away from The Country Club Plaza which offers shopping and upscale dining. The Nelson Atkins Art Museum for history buffs and those who savor art! Looking for nightlife? Westport is where it's at with breweries, bars and restaurants. The Brookside district offers quaint shops, bakeries and the Kansas City famous "The Roasterie" coffee shop. In Waldo you can have an authentic Greek experience at Tasso's or enjoy pizza at Waldo's Pizza! Also located near UMKC, Rockhurst, Downtown.! Guests will have private access to the entire home. Home has private driveway to the right of the home, can accommodate 3 vehicles or off-street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Just a few min Uber ride to Westport and Plaza.

One has a tub/shower combo while the bathroom located in the master bathroom is a standing shower only. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
